The Different Types Of Plastic Pallets

Plastic Pallets are of wide variety of use. They are used to package goods of various types ranging from foods to industrial equipment. Plastic Pallets are made of mostly virgin plastic or recycled material. There are many benefits of plastic pallets; they can be easily sanitized, they are resistant to odor and fire and they have long life span. They do not splinter and they are light in weight.

Plastic Pallets come in various types. They are versatile packaging solutions and can fit in the needs of every kind of industry. The buyer just has to analyze his need and he can get a suitable plastic pallet. The common types of plastic pallets manufactured are described below.

Rackable Plastic Pallets
Rackable plastic pallets are high in strength; in fact they are the strongest plastic pallets available. They are capable of withstanding high weight pressures on open rack systems that do not have decking. They can be customized to make them suitable for light duty or heavy duty goods.

Stackable Plastic Pallets
These pallets are designed with a bottom deck that makes them suitable for stacking over the top of other loaded pallets without causing any harm to the goods. Stackable pallets can be further classified into picture frame bottom pallets, cruciform base pallets and three rail pallet.

Nestable Plastic Pallets
Nestable Plastic Pallets have a high space saving advantage. They are popularly used as distribution pallets. The legs of such pallets nest inside each other to increase the floor space when they are not in use. They are suitable for distribution systems.

Plastic Pallets come in various sizes and types. Moreover, plastic pallets can be easily customized and designed according to the needs of the buyers. Manufacturers of Plastic Pallets apply new and innovative ideas to make plastic pallets more attractive along with being useful.
